Wagner Farm, Glenview Park District

Wagner Farm, the last surviving farmstead in Glenview and part of the Glenview Park District, was slated to become an educational center for the Village. As part of the master planning process, JLA surveyed and documented the site, farmhouse, barn, outbuildings, and surrounding pastures. A condition assessment with prioritized recommendations was then produced, presenting plans for roof replacement, foundation repair, wood and brick cladding repair, and electrical and plumbing updates.
