Martin Mitchell Mansion and Carriage House HSR and Restoration

In addition to the production of an historic structures report for this centerpiece of the historic Naper Settlement, JLA led a four-year exterior and interior restoration of the building and carriage house (currently a historic building museum and interpretive center). Work included restoration of the slate roof, windows, brick and limestone masonry, and the wooden porch and trim as well as the integration of modern MEP systems.
