Serving as historic preservation consultants to a design-build team, JLA coordinated with state preservation officials to restore the badly deteriorated façade of this 1932 office building. Seventy percent of the limestone veneer was salvaged and reinstalled using new stainless steel assemblies. Mild cleaning methods were utilized on reused cladding and replacement units were pre-aged before installation.
