JLA prepared a condition assessment report with prioritized recommendations for this Frank Lloyd Wright-designed building.  The resulting multi-phase restoration of exterior components based was also managed by JLA. Based on the HSR, work included restoration and reconstruction of the cedar shingle roof, foundation wall, windows, doors, and exterior finishes.
