JLA was employed for full restoration services of this unique mid-century modern residence designed by Chicago Architect Edward Dart. Survey and material analysis led to recommendations for masonry restoration, roof replacement, site work, window replacement, and redesign of exterior water management devices. Subsequently, JLA led the entire rehabilitation process, from restoration plan through construction administration.
