Prairie Crossing Master Plan

JLA provided extensive master planning and architectural design services for this 650-acre conservation subdivision. The project focused on preservation and reuse of historic material and the sympathetic design of new structures. Relocation and restoration of two buildings, rehabilitation of a farmhouse for office use, new design of a power plant, restoration of a schoolhouse, and design consultation for a gazebo and courtyard were all included within the extensive scope.
