


Bill Grosche is an accomplished architect with nearly 30 years of experience on a wide variety of projects. He has worked in all phases of project planning for many different building types, with a strong emphasis in complex renovationsand additions. He has extensive experience coordinating the work of engineers and specialty consultants to achieve successful, well-integrated projects that are sensitive to a structure’s historic character. Since joining JLA in 2000, he has focused on restoration and renovation of historic structures by conducting condition assessments, preparing Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation, and supervising the preparation of plans and specifications for restoration and renovation work.
